Hotline: The primary function of the Town Council is to manage and maintain the common property and open spaces of the Housing and Development Board’s (HDB) flats, shops and market/food centres within West Coast GRC and Pioneer Constituency.
Estate Maintenance
- Lift servicing and repairs
- Electrical & Sanitary works
- Building works
- Pest and Mosquito Control works
- Water pumps servicing and repairs
- Cyclical Repairs and Redecorations, Re-roofing, re-wiring, etc.
- Provision and upkeep of facilities and amenities in common areas
- Provision of 24-hour Essential Maintenance and Lift Rescue Services
Horticulture
- Grass cutting
- Pruning
- Landscaping
Conservancy & Cleaning Works
- Clearing of refuse from chutes
- Cleaning of lifts
- Block washing
- Sweeping of common corridors/staircases/void decks, open spaces and car parks
Collection of Fees and Charges
- Collection of rent and loan instalments for HDB flats on behalf of the Housing Development Board
- Collection of Service and Conservancy charges
Other Functions
- Issuing of Temporary Occupation Licence(TOL) for use of common areas, and permits for use and occupation of common property and open spaces
- Control of shop front obstruction
- Enforcement on illegal parking at common areas
