You can now set up eGIRO (electronic GIRO), a convenient digital payment method that allows automatic deductions directly from your bank account. No paper forms or manual transfers required.

You can pay your Town Council S&CC through Inter-Bank GIRO if you maintain a savings/current account with any of the IBG participating banks.
You will be informed of the commencement date for the deduction once your bank has approved the application. In the meantime, please continue to pay your monthly charges by cheque or personally at our offices, via Internet banking or at any of the SingPost or AXS/SAM kiosks located islandwide.
Please inform your Town Council and your bank if you wish to terminate or change your IBG service. For enquiries, please call our Finance Department at Tel: 6776 0271.

Fill in Part I of the Inter-Bank GIRO Form.
This Form will instruct your bank to make automatic deductions from your savings/current account to settle your Town Council’s monthly charges.

You can make recurring monthly payments of the S&CC via your Visa/Master card.

Once activated, the recurrent credit card payment arrangement will continue to be in effect unless West Coast-Jurong West Town Council is informed in writing to terminate the arrangement.

Please send your cheque or postal/cashier’s order to either of the West Coast-Jurong West Town Council offices above. The cheque or money order should be made payable to “West Coast-Jurong West Town Council”. Please remember to write your full address or NRIC number or Service and Conservancy Charges (S&CC) Account Number at the back of the cheque.
