The Neighbourhood Renewal Programme (NRP) is a government funded precinct improvement project that is carried out by the Town Councils. This programme is fully funded by the Government and implemented by the Town Councils.

Neighbourhood Renewal Programme at Pioneer Zone 1

The Neighbourhood Renewal Programme (NRP) ground engagement for Pioneer Zone 1 took place towards the end of December 2025, and we were heartened by the strong turnout and enthusiastic participation from our residents. A big thank you to everyone who came forward to share ideas, feedback, and thoughtful suggestions.

These meaningful conversations play a vital role in shaping renewal plans that truly reflect the aspirations of the community. More ground engagements will continue into 2026, and we look forward to building a better neighbourhood together with you.

Neighbourhood Renewal Programme at Pandan Gardens and Teban Gardens Road (Blocks 24 & 25 Teban Gardens, Blocks 401 - 408, 415 & 416 Pandan Gardens)

Repair & Redecoration (R&R) is a cyclical maintenance programme carried out in our housing estates every few years. Every few years, the Town Councils carry out repairs to fix wear and tear, along with repainting and improvement works to refresh common areas. These works help ensure a safer, cleaner and more pleasant living environment for everyone to enjoy.
